Shoes4Stars.com is a special order only website. All of the shoes and handbags offered on this website are customized products and are manufactured after they are ordered. All orders placed on this website will be shipped out within 14-21 business days from the date that you place your order.

If you require expedited processing of your order manufacturing 7-14 business days, you may choose the "Rush Order" option on the checkout page (there is a $25.00 charge for this service). Rush orders

NOTE: We only ship to billing address assigned to the order unless the customer opts to go through an additional verification procedure, proving ownership of the credit card used is his or her credit card and approve the items to be shipped to address other than the billing address. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us and request to proceed with the additional verification for shipping to an alternative address, otherwise the items ordered will be shipped to the billing address, regardless of the shipping address entered during checkout during checkout.

If your charge does not go through the first attempt. or declines do to address verification. we may charge your credit card in 3 secret amounts that add up to be your order total. And you will have to contact your card issuer and verify the 3 exact amounts, and let us know the 3 exact amounts. This will assure us that you are the credit card holder.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone!

The heel and front platform height is based on size 6 shoes/boots. If you get a larger size shoes/boots, the heel or and front platform height may increase by 1/8” to ½” depending on the size of the shoes. If the shoes/boots are smaller than size 6, the heel and platform height might decrease by 1/8” to ½” depending on the size.

No items sold on our website may be returned or exchange if they are used!

Shoes that are totally custom fitted or custom made with options that are not available on our website for the given shoes are not refundable or exchangeable.

We do recommend that you measure your feet and give us the measurements for accurate fitting.

Returned package to us by the shipping carrier do to not claiming package and/or incorrect address : Returned package to us by the shipping carrier due to not claiming package and/or incorrect address: It is the customer's responsibility to claim the package from the post office or other shipping carrier used. If nobody is present during the first delivery attempt to sign for the package, you will need to contact the shipping carrier in order to claim your package within 5 days from the first delivery attempt, otherwise it is very likely that the post office or other shipping carrier will return the package back to us. If a package is returned back to use for these reasons, the customer will be liable for paying for the postage costs for reshipping the package

Returning Information:

To return or exchange a product purchased from Shoes4Stars.com, you MUST use the return product form that was included with the shipment of your order. If you have misplaced the return product form, you may print out a copy by clicking here .

Return Policy :

1. 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns requesting a refund. 30% restocking fee applied to all returns requesting an exchange.

NOTE: shipping fee and rush fee will not be refunded. you will get 50% of the shoe price for returns for refund and 30% of the shoe price for returns for exchange.

2. Please be sure to insure all returned packages. Shoes4Stars.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages.

3. Please include the Return Product Form and a legible copy of your sales receipt to assure that your return / exchange will be accurately processed.

4. We will not issue any refunds for merchandise shipped back after 30 days.

5. We will not refund / exchange any used, altered, or damaged product. All used returns will be returned to the sender.

6. Please enclose $9.99 USD if you are returning to exchange your product to be shipped to a U.S. address, and $39.99 USD if you are returning to exchange your product to be shipped to an international address. If money order is not included with your return package, your credit card will be charged the proper shipping fee upon shipment of your exchange order.
